Shipping and Handling
* All orders will ship within 3-5 business days once the order has been placed. This may be affected by national holidays, vacation, etc.
We are currently shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information and is responsible for tracking their shipment.
In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item has been returned to ILYS CO LLC, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.
* Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check you have provided the correct address. Please make sure to include your UNIT # or APARTMENT # if you have one.
The leading cause of items being returned/lost is due to an insufficient/wrong address.
If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, I cannot file a claim with the USPS.
As a result, I will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact us.
* ILYS CO LLC is not responsible for any delays once the packages has been handed off to the USPS but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay.
Multiple orders can be consolidated into one order (shipping overages will be refunded) but only before the shipment has shipped.

REFUND
Due to the nature of our products, safety and contamination concerns, we cannot process a return. We are unable to resell any item that has been out of our supervision. All sales are final however, if you are not satisfied with your soap or product, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to assure your satisfaction.

We use a large variety of different ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that it’s possible they may have been in contact with one of our products. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Please contact us if you have more questions.

It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. ILYS CO LLC is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that result from the use/misuse of our products.

I am not a medical or healthcare professional and do not claim that the use of my products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions.
